The Hagwon Refund Policy
1. What types of products are eligible for a refund?
Bundles purchased through The Hagwon website can be eligible for a refund, as long as refund eligibility requirements are met. Refund eligibility requirements are detailed below.
2. What are the refund eligibility requirements? When are products eligible for a refund?
After purchasing a bundle, if all of the corresponding tests and courses in the respective bundle have not been added within 72 hours after purchase, then the entire bundle is eligible for a 100% refund.
A test or course is added to your account once you click the “Start Test” button for the respective test or course within your “My Dashboard”.
If at least one or more tests or courses in a bundle have been added, then the entire corresponding package or bundle is no longer eligible for a refund.
If none of the tests or courses in the bundle have been added but 72 hours have passed after purchase, then the entire package or bundle is no longer eligible for a refund.
The Hagwon website and Bethesda E&C hold final authority for determining whether a purchased bundle is eligible for a refund.
3. How do I request a refund?
Please send an email to support@thehagwon.com requesting for a product refund and include the following details:
- Email address associated with your account
- Name of product, package, or bundle purchased that you wish to be refunded
- Receipt number for the purchase of the package or bundle (if available)
After requesting, our support team will first determine product refund eligibility and then get back to you by email.
4. How will I receive my refund?
By default, purchases will be refunded to the payment method originally used to make the purchase.
